「小桃」正是代表這樣精神的靈魂人物。她是住在童話森林小木屋中的小女孩，喜歡研究與烘培不同風味的咖啡豆。住在森林木屋中的她，常常遇到各式各樣的友善動物，她們彼此之間互相分享了來自大自然森林中的事物，動物們也會常給小桃不同風味的咖啡豆，而小桃會用她宛如魔法的技術，將這些生咖啡豆烘培可以喝的咖啡豆。在這童話世界中，她與動物們一起喧嘩嬉鬧，一起享用這些自然風味的精品手沖咖啡。

The Noise Coffee Roaster was founded on the basis of that unforgettable first bite of everything and anything as a small child.
This profound feeling is encapsulated in our character 'Peachy', a brave little girl travelling across vast fairylands befriending some of the cutest and wildest animals. Sharing with them the magical coffee beans she brought along.
